6.1 Return Policy (COD Specific)
Since we use COD payments, you have the advantage of inspecting the product before payment. You
may:
- Refuse delivery if the product is visibly damaged or wrong item
- Return defective products within 7 days of delivery
- Request exchange for wrong items shipped
Important: For COD returns, we will arrange pickup of the returned item and
provide cash refund or exchange. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 3-5
business days after we receive the returned product.
6.2 Warranty Claims
Most products come with manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and
manufacturer. To make a warranty claim:
- Contact our customer support with your order details
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
- Describe the issue with the product
- Follow instructions for returning the product if needed
