1. Shipping Process

At IT Supplies Pasal, we ensure a smooth and transparent shipping process. Here's how it works:

Important: Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. We'll send you SMS/email updates at each stage.

2. Delivery Areas & Timeframes

We deliver throughout Nepal. Estimated delivery times based on your location:

Kathmandu Valley

1-2 Business Days

Includes Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur districts. Fastest delivery in the valley.

COD Available

Major Cities

3-5 Business Days

Pokhara, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Bharatpur, Butwal, Dharan, Hetauda, etc.

COD Available

Other Areas

5-10 Business Days

All other municipalities and rural areas across Nepal. Delivery time may vary based on road conditions.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, road closures, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances. We'll keep you updated if there are any delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD ONLY

Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery payments. Important COD terms:

  • Exact Cash Required: Delivery personnel do not carry change. Please have exact amount ready.
  • Inspection Before Payment: You may inspect the package before making payment.
  • COD Availability: COD is available in most urban areas. For remote locations, we'll contact you for alternative arrangements.
  • Order Limits: Maximum COD order value is NPR 50,000. For higher amounts, please contact us first.
  • Multiple Attempts: We make up to 2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled.

COD Process: After delivery confirmation via phone, our delivery partner will bring your order. You pay cash upon receiving the package. We provide a printed invoice with your order.

4. Order Tracking

Stay informed about your order status:

  • Order Confirmation: SMS/email immediately after order placement
  • Processing Update: SMS when order is being prepared
  • Dispatch Notification: SMS with delivery partner details
  • Out for Delivery: SMS when package is with delivery personnel
  • Delivery Confirmation: SMS after successful delivery

Tracking Information: You'll receive delivery partner contact details and tracking information via SMS. You can also contact our customer support at 9801023367 for order status updates.

5. Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

  • Provide complete address with landmarks
  • Include correct phone number for delivery coordination
  • Be available at the delivery address during business hours
  • Authorize someone to receive if you're unavailable
  • Keep exact cash ready for COD payments

Delivery Issues: If you're not available, our delivery partner will attempt delivery again the next day. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the order may be cancelled. Please ensure your phone is reachable.

6. Special Handling & Large Items

For special items requiring careful handling:

  • Monitors & TVs: Extra packaging for screen protection
  • PC Cases & Towers: Reinforced packaging
  • Heavy Items: Our team ensures safe handling
  • Fragile Items: Special "Handle with Care" labeling

Assembly Services: For monitors, CPUs, and other items requiring setup, we offer optional assembly services. Please inquire during order confirmation.

7. Delivery Partner Network

We work with trusted delivery partners across Nepal:

  • Professional courier services with tracking capabilities
  • Experienced delivery personnel trained in handling electronic items
  • Regular quality checks and customer feedback monitoring
  • Insured shipments for high-value orders

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Nepal. For international inquiries:

  • Contact us for special arrangements
  • Shipping timelines vary by country
  • Customs duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility
  • Lead time: 15-30 days for international shipments

Nepal Only: We specialize in serving customers within Nepal. Our logistics network is optimized for domestic delivery to ensure the best service for our local customers.
